Small Enterprise Plus

If your business is established, employs other staff and you need to receive a quarterly report on the financial health of your company, this could be the right service plan for your business. As a business owner you:

  • have up to 5 employees (including director(s))
  • undertake the bookkeeping
  • have a maximum turnover of £350,000

The service plan includes:

Accounting and corporation tax

  • Preparation and filing of annual statutory accounts (guaranteed completion within 4 months after year end)
  • Preparation and filing of annual corporation return (CT600)
  • Filing of the companies office annual confirmation statement


  • Submission of quarterly VAT returns


  • Monthly payroll for the Director including e-mailed payslips and RTI filing
  • Monthly payroll for an additional 4 monthly paid employees including e-mailed payslips and RTI filing
  • Annual PAYE returns including P11Ds, P60s and RTI filing

Personal tax

  • Director’s basic tax return (SA100)
  • An additional employee’s basic tax return (SA100)

Accounting software and advice

  • Complimentary online accounting software (online accounting software may not be suitable for your business or you may already be using an accounting package. We can accept data feeds from other accounting systems – please contact us for more details)
  • Complimentary tax advice
  • Access to a personal accountant

Financial reporting

  • Quarterly management accounts
